two clinics under one roof
We have some exciting news, and as one of our valued patients, we wanted you to hear it directly from us.
Joy Wellness Partners has been selected as the national flagship and showroom for Herway Health — a brand-new, female-forward women’s wellness clinic unveiling right here in San Diego. Herway Health is built on the very care pathways we have spent years refining for our female patients: hormones, regenerative care, aesthetics, peptides and IV therapy — now in a space dedicated for women.
Alongside Herway Health, Joy Wellness Partners will continue as our dedicated men’s care clinic, offering the same specialized, focused care our male patients have always counted on.

The Joy Wellness Partners location in San Diego has been selected as the national flagship and showroom for Herway’s expansion, meaning the model being built here will serve as the standard for Herway Health clinics nationwide.

CONSTRUCTION & TIMELINE
What to expect
during the renovation
In preparation for the official Herway Health transformation, construction begins on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The renovation is expected to be complete by July 4, 2026 — approximately 6 weeks later. The clinic will remain partially open throughout the entire renovation period.
STARTING MAY 12
Back of Clinic Renovation
Demolition and renovation of the back portion of the clinic. Rooms 1–10 will be temporarily closed. The front entrance, waiting area and welcome desk remain fully open. Most appointments will proceed as normal; our team will be in touch with any patients directly affected during this phase.
Waiting Area & Front Transformation
During Phase 2, the current waiting area and Rooms 11–15 will be closed for renovation. Patients will be directed to use our side entrance (Suite 205) during this phase. Signage will be clearly posted to guide you. This is the phase where the Herway Health lobby takes shape. The current waiting area will be transformed into the new, beautifully redesigned Herway Health lobby for women (Suite 235).
The Grand Reveal
Upon completion, women will enter through the new Herway Health lobby (Suite 235) — fully redesigned as the masterpiece flagship space. Men will enter through the new Joy Wellness Partners lobby (Suite 205). Two dedicated entrances, two tailored experiences — both under the same roof with the same team.

- In-person appointments will not be taking place on Tuesday, May 12 and Thursday, May 14
- Telehealth consultations will continue on both days during normal business hours
- The welcome desk will be available for calls, texts, orders and prescription refills on both days
- Our team has already contacted patients with appointments on these dates — please reach out if you have questions
TELEHEALTH OPTION
If construction noise isn’t your thing and your visit doesn’t require an in-person procedure — such as lab reviews or consultations for creams, injectables or peptides — you’re welcome to request a Telehealth appointment. Just reach out and we’ll arrange it.
IN-PERSON REQUIRED
Certain services must be performed in-office, including IV therapy, blood draws, pellet therapy procedures, regenerative care treatments as well as other hands-on treatments. Our team will advise you on what’s required at the time of booking.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES

ABOUT ENLIVEN AESTHETICS
A new, intentional era
of aesthetics is coming
You may know us through Enliven Aesthetics — the aesthetic arm of Joy Wellness Partners that has delivered skin, beauty and body treatments to our patients. As part of this transformation, Enliven Aesthetics will be fully integrated into our two new dedicated brands.
FOR WOMEN — HERWAY HEALTH
All aesthetic services for female patients will be offered under the Herway Health brand — in a space and experience designed specifically for women, alongside hormones, regenerative care, peptides and IV therapy.
FOR MEN — JOY WELLNESS PARTNERS
All aesthetic services for male patients will continue under the Joy Wellness Partners brand — integrated with the full suite of men’s health and wellness services you already know and trust.
SAME SERVICES, BETTER EXPERIENCE
The aesthetic treatments you love aren’t going anywhere. They’re simply moving into a more intentional, dedicated environment. Same providers, same quality, same care. Just a better home for it.
This transition will be fully complete by the time we open our new spaces around July 4. In the meantime, all Enliven Aesthetics services continue as normal. Stay tuned for more details on the full rebrand.

No. Your care team, your providers, your pricing and your continuity of care all remain exactly the same. Herway Health is about creating a more intentional, female-forward environment and experience. The clinical care you receive is unchanged.
For most patients, very little will change during Phase 1. During Phase 2, you’ll be directed to use our side entrance at Suite 205 — signage will guide you clearly. Our team will communicate any changes that specifically affect your appointments in advance.
Our welcome desk team has already reached out to patients with appointments on those dates to make alternative arrangements. If you haven’t heard from us or have questions, please call or text us at 858-609-0866 or email liz@joywellnesspartners.com.
Yes. If your appointment doesn’t require an in-person procedure (such as IV therapy, a blood draw, an ultrasound-guided injection or pellet therapy), you are welcome to request a Telehealth appointment. This includes lab reviews and consultations. Just reach out to our team and we’ll set it up.
No. The clinic will remain partially open throughout the entire 6-week renovation. During Phase 1, the back of the clinic is closed but the front remains open. During Phase 2, patients will use the side entrance. The welcome desk is available throughout for calls, texts and orders.

After the renovation is complete, female patients will enter through the new Herway Health lobby at Suite 235 (the current main entrance, fully redesigned). Male patients will enter through the new Joy Wellness Partners lobby at Suite 205. We’ll communicate these changes clearly before the opening.

No. All Enliven Aesthetics services continue as normal throughout the renovation. The integration into Herway Health and Joy Wellness Partners is a branding and experience change, not a clinical one. Your treatments, providers and care remain exactly the same.
The Enliven Aesthetics online presence will transition to reflect the new brand structure around the time of the grand opening. More details on this will be shared as we get closer to July 4. Stay tuned!
